At Share the Care Hospice Inc, the Hospice Medical Director provides clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the highest quality of patient care. The Medical Director works closely with the hospice care team and participates in interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings to review each patient’s plan of care. By helping establish care goals and offering medical guidance, the Medical Director plays an active role in clinical decision-making and ongoing care planning.

When needed, the Hospice Medical Director is also available to collaborate with your loved one’s primary care physician, offering consultation and support to address medical concerns and ensure continuity of care throughout the hospice experience.
